The map showing possibilities for pathways in Granger has been revised, incorporating a number of ideas and suggestions. Click here for a current map overview. Map legend can be viewed by clicking here.
Note that the current pathway maps have been drawn to show some of the possibilities. The final pathway routes will be determined in consultation with the
Granger community and property owners as the project moves forward. If you have any comments or feedback
you would like to give regarding the pathway routes please contact Barbara
Fredman (243-1747) or send us an email.
Given the current possibilities we are tentatively looking at breaking the project up into three phases as shown on the maps:
Phase 1 would connect the areas bordering Adams Rd. between Gumwood Rd. and Mary Frank School at S.R. 23 to the Harris Branch Public Library.
Phase 2 would extend the path east along Adams Rd. to Ash Rd. and then south down Ash Rd. to Brummit Rd., connecting Discovery Middle School and Horizon Elemtary School as well as the township park.
Phase 3 would take the path west along Anderson Rd. from Ash Rd., following Currant Rd. south to Brick Rd., and then Elm Rd. north to S.R. 23, closing the loop started by Phase 1.
